PLANTS FOR THE ENERGETIC PROCESSING OF ORGANIC WASTE, A SERVICE FOR THE TERRITORY. NOT THE TERRITORY SERVING THE PLANTS!

The innovative MINI plants with “solid-waste technology” proposed by Future Power represent a perfect opportunity for those who need to dispose of organic waste in quantities between 1500 and 3000 Tons./ year and can offer high economic revenues. Always tailor-made, according to the real needs of Customers, these plants guarantee profitability from both co-generation and the excellent “organic fertilizer” suitable in biodynamic cultivation, which is obtained at the end of the process of digestion and biological regeneration.

Very small installation area needed, possibility to add modules for its power up-grade in next-step phases, very efficient and profitable, no unpleasant smell nor noise. These plants are loaded with organic waste available in the area around and however to be disposed, with no need to add any virgin organic materials.

They represent an important opportunity, for example, in the agro-zoo technical and horticultural-floricultural sectors, to manage physiological waste and excess production, as well as for the intelligent regeneration of all organic waste, from food but not only, generated by the communities. No more waste but precious resource for renewable energy.

Our experience, developed in collaboration with our reference partner – the Swiss company Renergon – and the University of Zurich, permit today the ability to handle up to 80 different ingredients from agricultural and livestock organic waste, industrial processing organic waste, further organic like mowing and pruning, both Municipal and forest and even algae that accumulate on many coasts along the sea, rivers or lakes.In other words, Future Power’s approach is to “ask” the Territory what are the problems of disposal of organic substrates and by-products and to present an “ad hoc” solution with the correct sizing of the plant, according to the “service” that the plant itself will provide to the Territory.

The VALUE and strength of our proposal:

  • the size of our MINI plants, suitable for the specific needs of all Territories;
  • modularity to up-grade to wider future needs;the size of our MINI plants, suitable for the specific needs of all Territories;
  • modularity to up-grade to wider future needs;
  • great flexibility and simplicity of plant management and maintenance;
  • well recognized higher efficiency of biogas extraction with the natural biological regeneration of organic materials in fermentation;
  • ability to optimize methanogenesis processes with recipes derived from consolidated know-how about how to mix the ingredients.

    TO LISTEN TO

    First rule in FUTURE POWER: to ask the Territory about the problems of disposal of substrates and organic by-products

    Second step: provide an “Ad Hoc” solution with the correct sizing of the plant, depending on the “service” that the plant itself MUST give to the Territory.

    IMPLEMENTATION

    Third and final step, the installation of one of our plants. The “MINI” dimension, the modularity, the flexibility in management, the absolute efficiency in the methanogenesis process, are the value and strength that makes our proposal something unique on the market.
